Idler Style Chucks
Overview
Our idler-style chucks are designed as companion chucks to our flange-style, shoulderless, or Dualock chucks. Our idler-style chucks are similar in dimension to the flange-style design, but do not have teeth or retaining bands.
How does it work
An idler-style chuck serves to hold lateral roll drift and assists in assuring concentricity on the running roll. Idler-style chucks should be used in conjunction with a flange-style, shoulderless, or Dualock chuck.
