Red Divider

Take advantage of Tilt-Lock’s trademark efficiencies with our step chucks. Our step chucks are available for many combinations of cored rolls and offer the benefit of requiring fewer separate chucks for applications where core I.D.’s vary from roll to roll.

How does it work

Red Divider

Tilt-Lock step chucks function the same as a flange-style core chuck, but combine multiple core sizes to eliminate the need for operators to swap out chucks for different operations. The most common sizes are 3” and 6”, but we are able to accommodate most combinations.
